What is the maximum capacity of each house?

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have ample free parking.

Do you have electric charging for cars?

Currently, we do not have an electric charger.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting pets.

Do you have a gym?

Yes, we have a fitness studio with Smith's machine, dumbbells, fitness ball, Kettlebell and some other equipment for your favourite workout.

Do you have a spa?

We do not have a spa

What is the cancellation policy?

The free cancellation period is 14 days before the booking date. If the reservation is cancelled between the 14th and 7th day prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be held as a deposit and a voucher valid for one year will be issued to be used at a later date, subject to availability. After this period, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, or non-acceptance of the voucher, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

What is the check-in/check-out time?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Check-out until 12:00 pm.

Is it possible to add an extra bed or baby crib?

No, the houses do not have the capacity to add extra beds. Yes, it is possible to add a cot at no additional cost.

Are the kitchens in the houses equipped?

The houses have an equipped kitchenette, ready to prepare any type of meal. You will have access to crockery, cutlery and various household appliances, such as oven, fridge, dishwasher (except Casa Princesa and Casa do Rio) and coffee machine. We also have a barbecue area.

What is the brand of the coffee machine?

The houses have a “Nespresso” brand coffee machine

How many bathrooms does each house have?

Every house has one bathroom, except Casa Varinho, with two bathrooms. Bath towels, toilet paper, hairdryer and personal hygiene products are available for the number of people indicated in each reservation.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You can smoke in the outdoor space of the house (balcony) or in outside areas.

What does the accommodation price include?

The accommodation rate includes access to: the 5-seater jacuzzi, the swimming pool, the river, the sport fields and their equipment: (tennis, pickleball, badminton, football, basketball, canoes, Sup boards, rowing boat) and the barbecue area.

Up to what age do children not pay for extra accommodation?

Children up to 3 years old can stay free of charge. Children from 4 years old to 12 years old can stay for EUR 25.00 per child, per night. Guests over 13 years old will be charged as adults.
